philosophy for BuyItClub.com is to
offer quality products at the best
possible prices. Our goal is to
provide a buying service for consumers
and business owners which is simple
and easy to use. Our members can
purchase any part they need and it
will show up at their front door.
The performance
industry is constantly changing along
with pricing structures.
BuyItClub.com is the next step in the
evolution of the performance
industry. People previously would
purchase at retail prices, then mail
order prices and now we are entering
the era of club pricing. We live in
the information age which brings
pricing and technical information to
anyone who has a computer. This
information levels the pricing playing
field throughout the world. This
information is available to the savvy
shopper who wants to buy at low
prices.
For
manufacturers, enforcing pricing
regulations is a constant battle
trying to keep resellers advertising
above a minimum advertised price
(MAP). As we all know this is
frustrating to everybody who is
selling a product at all levels.
Minimum advertised pricing is a
necessity to stop pricing wars. This
restriction is fine and we abide by
all advertising requirements. The
only price you will see us advertising
is the price of our memberships.
Many reseller
customers would ask us, "What is their
discount on a certain vendor line"?
The problem is there are no more set
discounts. If you take a jobber price
sheet from many manufacturers,
different part numbers have different
discounts from Jobber based off of
market pricing. For example, gadget X
since it is heavily advertised by the
big mail order companies, the retail
price might be 15% off of Jobber. The
resellers discount on the whole line
might be a straight 15% off of
Jobber. So what happens now gadget
X's price to the resellers must be
changed, and is now 22% off of
Jobber. So now you have a
manufacturer's price sheet where some
parts are 15%, some 22%, and some
whatever else off of Jobber to the
reseller. It has become so bad that
some manufacturers had to discontinue
and change part numbers on certain
items because the retail prices were
run down below WD pricing. At that
point, the manufacturer's only option
is to change the part number and start
over in the pricing battle. With BuyItClub.com we set our prices based
off of market pricing. We have an
electronic database that monitors a
product's prices throughout the
industry. We set our prices based off
of the market.

Our History
Our corporation
was started in 1997. Back then we
concentrated on hardcore race engine
parts and primarily sold to
resellers. These resellers, being
machine shops and engine builders,
were the bulk of our business.
Throughout the years constant pricing
battles inspired us to start
BuyItClub.com.
We are still
heavily involved in the racing
community mainly with high end
southern outlaw style cars. Whether
it is 6-second Outlaw 10.5 or 7-second
stock suspension radial cars we have
involvement. Blowers, nitrous,
and turbo, 2000+hp engines are the
norm for us. We also do quite a bit
with the Sport Compact market,
specializing in the 1000+hp Toyota
Supras and MItsubishis. Let's not
forget the Chevy LS1 and Ford Mod
motors. It is safe to say if it has
wheels, we are modifying it and racing
