Return Policy

We have a very strict no return policy for items that were ordered incorrectly or not needed.  When ordering make sure you have the correct part numbers for your application.  Do your homework before ordering.

If an order was misboxed or shipped incorrectly, we will accept this for return.  Email us for a RMA (return materials authorization) number before shipping back.  We match shipping types when problems arise.  If your original order was shipped next day, we will cover next day freight if it was our mistake.  Ground UPS orders will be shipped ground UPS.
